SALE CONDITIONS
Zocus personally manages the operation of the website, so we are at your complete disposal.
All products you see here have quality certificates and are approved by health authorities. Additionally, products with DOP have the approval of the regulatory council.
Prices already include the corresponding VAT in Spain according to the type of product.
If for any reason we do not have what you purchased, we will contact you directly. You can choose another product or request a refund.
You can pay by card. Security is a priority, so we use RedSys (Banco Santander) for card payments. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
The site has all security measures to protect your data and transactions. You can shop with peace of mind!
SHIPPING
Shipping may normally take between 3 to 4 business days.
All our products are shipped directly from the factory or the drying room of the manufacturers, so they arrive under the best possible environmental conditions; shipping delays may occur depending on the sales volume.
We ship them well packaged and protected to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
If you notice any problems with the packaging, such as bumps or breaks upon receipt, please note it on the delivery receipt of the transport agency. If you do not do this, we cannot accept returns. This way, we ensure that everything arrives in good condition to your hands!
RETURNS
You can return products at no cost if:
- They have too much fat, but that is normal in iberian hams, especially in 100% iberian bellota hams.
- They have a bad smell or taste after being opened.
We do not accept returns if, once opened, the weight difference is more than 10% of the initial weight in hams and paletas.
In all these cases, the manufacturer's quality department must review before refunding or replacing the product.
We do not accept returns for issues of presentation or appearance of the product by the customer.
On the other hand, you can return a product, but the cost will be borne by the customer:
Any product from our catalog within the first 14 days after receiving it, as long as it is in the same condition as when it was sent, with the packaging sealed and in good condition.
When we receive the returned product, we will refund your money after ensuring that everything is in order.
To return it correctly, keep the original packaging, wrappings, and labels. If they are iberian hams or paletas, make sure they have the correct tie around the hoof.
We do not accept returns for things like curing point, salt point, or personal taste preferences.
If you have specific preferences, please let us know when placing your order.
During December, shipments may be delayed, but we do not accept returns for that, and return shipping costs apply.
